Thank you for making a purchase. We hope you are satisfied with our products.

If, however, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the goods for a full refund or exchange for another product. Below, you will find more information about our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. The goods you wish to return must be new and unused, keeping all original tags and labels. For used products, warranty seals are required.

We encourage you to use a shipping method that allows tracking of the return package, as you are responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.

Alternatively, you can use a prepaid shipping label that you will receive after completing the return form. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the shipping costs.

REFUNDS

Upon receiving the returned goods and checking their condition, we will proceed with the refund or exchange process. Please allow at least two days from the delivery of the item for the return or exchange to be processed. You will be notified by email when the refund is completed. The refund will be made to the payment method you used during the purchase.
