Dispatch time / product availability

On the page with the description of each product in our shop, there is information about the state of our warehouse , by splitting it across our stationary shop, and the estimated delivery day. It usually takes 24 hours to a few working days.

Dispatch date

The Dispatch date depends on our state of the warehouse, expected deliveries, inventory levels of our suppliers as well as information obtained from distributors and  manufacturers. In spite of doing our best to present accurate and reliable information, due to vatiaty of factors (inaccurate information, technical errors, logistical obstacles, etc.) that affect this information, it is possible  that time of delivery will be shorten or  extended- you will be  informed  immediately.

Data Refreshing

We update information about the state of our trade magazine several times during the business day.The products we have at the moment in the warehouse are marked with the information  ”dispatched within 24 hours".The other goods are marked according to the information available from our suppliers.

Please remember that between updating information about warehouse stocks, we sell and customers place new orders. There is a good chance that you can order a product, which several customers ordered a moment ago which caused a stock shortage. It is rare but it happens. We will inform you about the product availability at the moment you confirm your order.

What should you remember?

 The order processing starts from the moment of its confirmation.Orders are confirmed immediately, in 80% of cases it is less than 4 working hours from the moment of placing the order (we work 9:00 am – 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday). The lack of contact with the customer may increase the time taken to complete your order.

• Orders placed at night and on the weekends reserve the goods in the warehouse only when the order is confirmed.
• The estimated dispatch date  for a given product is not part of the offer according to the Civil Code.
• Couriers are employees of courier companies that cooperate with Eurofrance.pl. We have no direct influence on the quality of any couriers 'work, we can only lodge a delay claim due to couriers' fault that is specified in the contract between us and the courier company.

• 24 hours the item is in stock. Shipping within 24 hours

• 1-2 days. The item is out of stock. Back in stock  in 1-2 working days
• 2-4 days.  The item is out of stock. Back in stock 2-4 working days
• 5-10 days. The item is out of stock. Delivery of goods takes up to 19 working days
• do 14 days  The item is out of stock. Delivery of goods takes usually 2 weeks
• Ask about availability. The item is out of stock. It may come back again 
  Order processing time depends on the availability of suppliers, usually about 2 weeks.
• Coming soon  A New product. The price is not known yet, and the date of launch has not been confirmed.
• The end ot model (sold out) Out of stock. The model is sold out. It may not be in stock again.
