Therefore, Eurofrance is the Controller of personal data as understood by the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) referred to as "GDPR" in reference to personal data of users who are natural persons. This means that Eurofrance determines the purposes and methods of processing users' personal data individually and on its own responsibility. In case of questions or doubts as to the manner of how your personal data is protected by Eurofrance, contact Eurofrance via phone or e-mail (data included on the Online store's website). We inform that personal data consist in all information which may identify you, for example your name and surname, phone number, e-mail address, and correspondence address. When we refer to the term "process" or "processing" we mean all actions and operations carried out with your personal data (for example storing or analyzing for the purposes of the provided service).

Eurofrance makes every effort to respect your privacy and protect the personal information provided while using the Online store and performing purchases in terms of that store, as well as takes all necessary actions for this purpose.

What data does the Online Store automatically collects during use?

Eurofrance does not collect any data automatically, except for the data contained in the files referred to below, while the Online store is being used.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files sent by the Online store and stored on the user's computer, containing certain information related to your use of the Online store. Cookies used by the Online Store may either be temporary or permanent. Temporary cookies are deleted when the browser is closed, while permanent cookies are stored after you finish taking advantage of the Online store and are used to store information such as a the password and login, which speeds up and facilitates the use of the Online store.

Apart from cookies, the Online store may also store data collected by administrators of online systems in terms of so called logs. Information featured in logs may include your IP address, type of platform and web browser, Internet provider and website address from which you've entered the Online store.

Some subpages of the Online store and other means of communication with you may contain so-called "Web beacons" (so-called electronic pictures). Web beacons allow for receipt of information such as the IP address of the computer which loaded the page on which the web beacon was posted, page URL number, page loading time, type of browser, as well as information contained in cookies, to assess the effectiveness of our ads. This data will be archived and used for statistical analyses and the assessment of the Online store's global user traffic. This data will not be combined with personal data provided by you.

What data does the Online store collect during registration and performing purchases?

The Online store will collect the following personal data via its websites and other forms of communication, in the event of purchases and the registration process:

  • • mailing address, if different from the registered residence address,

Eurofrance, as the Controller of personal data and in accordance with the provisions of law undertakes to respect the rights of people whose data it processes.

Right to information:

- on what grounds and for what purposes we process your data,

- for how long will we process your data

- how will we profile your data and that you may object to that,

- what other rights you have, meaning the right to access the content of your personal data and receive a copy, the right to rectify, remove data, the right to place an objection, the right to withdraw the consent at any time, and the right to file a complaint to a supervisory authority.

We will send proper information to the e-mail addresses of our clients.

Access Right:

You have the right to access your personal data, which we process. At any time, you can download a copy of your data. You can do this with your account or directly by calling +48335065071. If you decide to write to us, for safety purposes you will undergo verification and if it is going to end favorably, we are going to send you a copy of your data, maintaining adequate safety measures.

Right to remove and rectify data:

Right to remove personal data is referred to as the "right to be forgotten". You have the right to request removing your data. We will do it when you terminate your contract with us and there won't be any other legal base, resulting from the financial law, obliging us to continue processing your data. If after the request to remove your data it will turn out that we are legally obliged to continue processing your data, we are going to inform you about it. You have the right to rectify your data if it is incorrect or outdated, or for other reasons.

Right to transfer data:

At your request, you will receive a file with data in a given format, within 14 days. In terms of this law you may also indicate the entity to which we should send your data. Caring for safety, make sure who receives your data.

If you wish to download your data directly, it can be done by https://www.eurofrance.pl/en_GB/login. If you want to transfer the data, contact us via phone or e-mail. You may also write to us, although please be aware that we are going to be obliged to verify whether it is really you.

Right to restrict our operation:

At your request we are going to restrict the processing of data and only store it. Then, we are going to cease executing other actions constituting the processing, for example sharing it. This concerns situations when for example someone unlawfully used your data to register an account at our Online store but you are going to need it to explain the situation. In case of such a need, contact us as soon as possible.

Right to object profiling:

It is also possible to object any profiling by activating or deactivating it, as well as to cease any marketing actions resulting from profiling. However, before you object remember that thanks to profiling we can better adjust the search results to your preferences. Thanks to this you can shorten the time searching for your favorite products and the ads displayed by us will be better adjusted to your preferences.

You can object via phone, e-mail, or a letter (verification).

The process of stopping profiling may take up to 48 hours.

Online store marketing

If you have given the consent (subscribing for the newsletter) the e-mail address provided by you will be used for the purposes of marketing the Online store's own products. The consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Technical means and your responsibilities

The Online store takes all measures to protect your data against the actions of third parties. However, actions undertaken by us may prove to be insufficient if you do not follow safety principles. You have to primarily keep the Online store's login and password a secret, and not share it with third parties. Please remember that the Online store will not address you with a request to provide such data, except for the moment of logging in. In order to avoid unauthorized people using your account please log out after you finish using the Online store.

In what other ways can you take advantage of your rights?

"Rate later" function

There is the possibility to rate the Online store after a placed order with the use of the "rate later" button and providing the following consent:

"Yes, I would like to take advantage of the "Rate later" option. I request Trusted Shops to remind me of the possibility to add an opinion with the use of an e-mail which is going to be sent after a few days."

If the above, clear consent is going to be received, your e-mail address will be presented by the Trusted Shops opinion system to the Trusted Shops GmbH with a registered office at Subbelrather Str 15c, 50823 Cologne (www.trustedshops.pl). Sharing information

In order to execute the contract, Eurofrance may share the collected data with its partners, and among them to those with which the Online store executes its obligations, for example shipping companies, payment system operators, or companies handling complaints. In such cases the amount of processed data is limited to the very minimum.

Furthermore, information provided by you may be shared with proper public authorities, if required by the applicable provisions of law. In no case may this data be shared for free, or at a fee, with unauthorized entities.
